About Kimmy Ostrom
Kimmy Ostrom is a Real Estate Professional who will guide you and your family through the entire buying and selling process and will be at your side every step of the way as a buyer's agent, seller's agent, and investment advisor. Passionate about building long-lasting relationships with clients while helping develop and execute creative solutions to solve each client's unique space demands. With a deep understanding of the Wichita, KS real estate market, I provide personalized service, sharp negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering results that exceed expectations. I specialize in residential properties, investment homes, and relocation services across Wichita and surrounding communities, including Andover, Derby, Maize, and Goddard.
Born and raised in Wichita, KS. After attending Kansas State University, her husband’s job in the aerospace industry relocated them to Orlando, FL, Savannah, GA, and Fort Worth, TX, where she has been a Property Manager for the past 15 years. Over the years, she has managed Residential, Commercial, and Multifamily properties. In 2018, Kimmy and her husband decided to move back to Kansas to start and raise their family, where they now have a son and a daughter.
Since moving back to Wichita, Kimmy has taken her knowledge and expertise in Real Estate to become a REALTOR® with Cloud 9 Realty Group, LLC.
